Filling Machine
Capsule filling at up to 25,000 capsules per hour
- Capsules are rectified, separated and joined, using STI Model
8S or Model 10 filling machines. Then, using this machine, oil
and paste products can be filled into capsules with very accurate
fill weights.
- The process is both easy and economical.
- Easy to disassemble, clean, and reassemble.
- Fill weight changes can be made in process by a simple hand wheel
adjustment.
- All parts which contact products are made of stainless steel.
- This machine can be utilized for filling capsules of Sizes 1, 2,
3, and 4 without additional change parts. Size 0 and size 00 can also
be filled with optional change parts designed for each size.
- Operator training can be accomplished in only two hours.
- Capable of filling sizes 00 through 4, the machine requires less
than two hours for size changeover and cleanup.
- Removable covers and side panels make maintenance easy.
