STI Automatic Pellet Filling Machine

  • Designed to fill at a maximum rate of 1000 capsules a minute requiring less than one operator per machine.
  • Operator training can be accomplished in only two hours.
  • Capable of filling sizes 0 through 4, the machine requires less than two hours for size changeover and cleanup.
  • Fill weight adjustments can be made while the machine is running.
  • Excess pellets are recycled to the hopper and a positive action controls filled capsule length.
  • Removable covers and side panels make adjustments and maintenance easy to accomplish.
